As a client, you save time and money by leaving the search-and-find job to us. You've got other things to do, while this is what we do best. We are the ones who advertise, screen and conduct initial interviews. You only meet with professionals appropriate to your needs.

Initially, we consult with you to evaluate your staffing needs. We then screen and interview a number of candidates. A complete reference / background / education check is done on each applicant and you are provided with candidate profiles. We arrange and follow-up on all on-site candidate / client interviews.

Additional follow-ups are conducted later with you and the successful candidate to determine progress and evaluation, and to insure our guarantee of satisfaction.

We try to ensure that every fit is a perfect fit, but, on the rare occasion that things don't work out, we offer a 100-day replacement guarantee. If there is a termination of employment within 100 days, Francis & Associates will provide a replacement candidate at no further charge.
